Good evening,

The BCLL Board will hold a special meeting (via teleconference) on Sunday, June 7 at 7:00PM. The following topics will be on the agenda: 2020 Spring Season, Financials, Current Board Member Positions, *BCLL Members Meeting, Current Board Member Positions, and the **BCLL Constitution (specific to board terms).  

The governor is set to address youth sports tomorrow, June 2, 2020. The board has been briefed on the recommendations of the CDC and from Little League International, but of course both reference to follow state mandates.

*Each year a BCLL Members Meeting is held to provide yearly updates from the board and for elections to be held for board members. More information will be sent out specific to this.

**Please note that the board can’t change anything to the BCLL Constitution without it being made available for viewing prior to a vote by all BCLL Members present during the BCLL Members Meeting. A review of the constitution was suggested by a few individuals (both current board members and non-board members) that terms should be held for two years in a rotating matter to assist with consistency and knowledge. Example: Every year, elections would continue to be held, but it would be for only half of the board members (elections wouldn’t be for specific positions as the board decides positions once they take office in October).
