REGISTRATION HOW TO

Methods of payment: Check, credit card or cash.  

Before proceeding to the next steps, please check the appropriate age chart to see where your child(ren) will play.

Whichever way you choose to proceed please have the following documents ready -

1.         Birth Certificate (Birth certificates are kept on file from previous seasons should you choose to register in-person. The online registration system will require you to resubmit your child’s birth certificate electronically should you choose to pay online).

Must upload proof of residency or school enrollment form or provide documentation in person to complete registration – since there are options, we can’t require each field like the birth certificate.

2.       Choose one of the following: Driver’s License, School Records, Vehicle Records, Employment Records or Insurance Documents.

3.       Choose one of the following: Welfare/Child Care Records, Federal Records, Local Records, Support Payment Records, Homeowner or Tenant Records or Military Records.

4.       Choose one of the following: Voter’s Registration, Utility Bills, Financial Records, Medical Records, Support Payment Records, or Internet, Cable or Satellite Records. 

Steps to register:

·         Click on the Register at the top of the screen. If you are new to BCLL, fill out the Create New Account section on the Login screen. Then click on Create Account.

·         If you have previously created an account and registered on this specific website, then log in under the Sign in Here link.

·         Can’t remember your username or password? Click the ‘Forgot Username or Password’ link to have these items sent to the email address you previously used to create this account.

·         Once you have logged in to your account, click the Programs Available! Button next to your child’s name and skip to bullet point 6.

·         Fill out/update Primary Parent/Guardian Information section. If you wish to add an Additional Parent/Guardian’s email (to be cc’d on all Program related emails), ever their information in the Additional Parent/Guardian Information section and click Invite Account User & Continue. If not, leave the area blank and click Continue.

·         If this is your first time registering on the site, you will see a pop up, asking you to describe what fits you best. In most cases, you will select the first option if you have a child you are trying to register. The middle option is if you are volunteering but DO NOT have a child participating on the site. The third option is if you are trying to register yourself for an activity. 

·         Fill out the New Participant Information section. Make sure your son or daughter's birth date is set correctly or it might not fall within the division parameters the club's Administrator has set. Click on Continue.

·         Select the Program you'd like to sign your son or daughter up for. Click on Continue.

·         Fill out all Registration Information. Click on Continue.          

·         Sign up to volunteer on the Available Positions page. Choose the position you’re interested in, and you will be prompted to complete information about the position.  If you do not wish to volunteer, mark the appropriate box below. Choose Continue.

·         The last screen is the Checkout screen. Review your Registration Summary. Save the information and come to one of the on-site registration dates to finish the process.

 ·         To complete your registration, please print out and sign the linked Medical Release Form and bring it to evaluations or the first day of practice. You will not be able to participate in the first practice if you don't provide a Medical Release Form.

Registration Checklist

o   Check the appropriate age chart to see where you child will play (*Player agent holds the complete authority to determine placement within divisions, based on players ability, in accordance with Little League International Guidelines).

o   Register online or in-person

o   Complete the necessary information to become a volunteer

o   Pick up raffle tickets (Players will get one entry for every 10 tickets they sell into a drawing for the chance to win $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift cards. The drawing will take place on Opening Day). 

o   Complete a Medical Release Form. This will be submitted to the coach on the first day of practice.

o   If applicable, reactivate or purchase a Strike Zone key
